MAIS, the M. A. Ideal School, is on a mission to provide opportunities to get quality education for under privileged (Low income family) students the academic skills, intellectual habits, and qualities of character necessary to succeed at all levels of Nursery to 10th Class, college and the competitive world beyond. Finishing its 27 years, MAIS has become a chain of schools in the movement to provide all children with access to an excellent education. MAIS was founded by Mohammed Anwar in Kishan Bagh, Hyderabad in 1987 and has grown to 8 schools in 2 districts (Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts).

Serving nearly 4,000 children and an additional 1,500 alumni in college and beyond. As we teach our students, there are no shortcuts on the path to college graduation. Students achieve their dreams by following two important rules: Work hard. Be nice. MAIS students work hard by spending more time on task than many of their peers. They are in class from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and on Friday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. They have extra learning opportunities after school hours. Nevertheless, at MAIS we believe it is just as important to be nice as it is to work hard.
